For established local service businesses
One package.
One person handles the website, the Google side and the inquiry review, for one monthly fee, starting with residential painters.
$2,000 per month, proposed. Advertising spend and setup are separate.
| Item | Amount | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly care | $2,000 per month | |
| Initial setup | $2,000 once | Paid once, before launch; outside the monthly fee. |
| Ad spend | Separate | Paid by you directly to Google; no minimum set. |
| Platform costs | Separate | Domain, hosting and agreed subscriptions, billed separately. |
Both fees are proposals awaiting owner approval; neither is a quote.
Initial setup, then monthly care
Initial setup
One-time work before the campaign launches.
- Agree the offer, the audience, and the one or two services to advertise.
- Design and build a simple site: home, a page for each advertised service, about, and a contact page with a tested inquiry form.
- Set up authorized access to the accounts you own: domain, website platform, Google Business Profile, and Google Ads.
- Set up measurement so form inquiries can be counted, and calls too once a call-counting method is agreed.
- Prepare a Google Search campaign and test it. It launches only after you approve.
$2,000 once. Paid once, before launch; outside the monthly fee.
Monthly care
The recurring work the monthly fee covers.
- Small website edits and functional checks.
- Google Search campaign review, with adjustments when the numbers justify them.
- Google Business Profile accuracy: hours, services, photos you supply, and replies you approve.
- Inquiry-quality review: what arrived, from where, and what became a quote or a job, based on what you report.
- One scheduled monthly conversation that ends with a written next step.
$2,000 per month.
Not included in either fee
Costs and work that sit outside the package. Larger items are quoted separately before any work starts.
- Advertising spend. You pay Google directly.
- Domain, hosting or website platform, and other subscriptions we agree on.
- A substantial redesign, new marketing channels, extensive content production, or custom integrations. Quoted separately if you want them.

Is this for your business?
A short test before the fit call.
A good fit when
- You run an established local service business, such as a residential painting company, with finished work you can show.
- You want one person accountable for the website and the Google side, instead of a web vendor, an ad vendor, and you in the middle.
- You can fund advertising separately and you follow up on inquiries quickly.
Not a fit when
- You need several locations or markets, many advertised services, or a large content program.
- You want guaranteed lead counts or first-page rankings. I do not sell either.
- You are not ready to take on more work right now.
How the Search campaign is built
The same rules on every account I manage, written down so you can hold me to them.
- One or two services, never the whole trade at once.
- A service radius you set; nothing shown outside it.
- Exact and phrase match keywords only, no broad match.
- A negative-keyword list, reviewed every month.
- One page on the site for each advertised service, so the ad and the page say the same thing.
- A monthly budget cap you approve before anything runs.
- Ads written and tested before launch; you see them first.
- Form inquiries counted from day one; calls once we agree a method.
The first thirty days
What the setup fee buys, week by week, before the campaign goes live. A plan, not a promise of outcomes.
Setup plan Sample, no figures
- Week 1 Site and Business Profile
- The service page built or repaired, the profile completed and verified.
- Week 2 Keywords and negatives
- One or two services, the radius you set, exact and phrase match, the first negative list.
- Week 3 Ads written, you approve
- Headlines and sitelinks drafted, read by you, corrected, approved in writing.
- Week 4 Launch under the cap
- Live at the monthly budget cap you approved; inquiries counted from day one.
The first of the month
One sheet, read together on the monthly call. Its rows are the steps an inquiry takes; its figures come from the month.

What stays yours
Boundaries
- One business in one market, with up to two related advertised services.
- A simple initial site with limited monthly edits.
- No unlimited SEO, content, or support, and no guaranteed results.
Account ownership
- You own and control your domain, website accounts, Google Business Profile, and Google Ads account. I work through authorized access that you can revoke at any time.
- Portability depends on the platform we choose together. A site on a managed builder moves differently from a custom-coded site. I will explain the transfer terms of the chosen platform before we build, rather than promise a frictionless move.
Proposed policy, subject to approval.
Your responsibilities
- Answer inquiries promptly and tell me what happened to them.
- Fund advertising directly with Google and approve the budget before launch.
- Supply accurate business details and photos of your own work, and give approvals within agreed times.
Time allowances
- Up to 30 minutes of small website edits per month.
- One 30-minute monthly review conversation.
Working assumptions, to be confirmed in the service agreement.
Terms still to be approved
DraftThese are not yet set and nothing on this page is a contract. They will be written into the service agreement, and you will see them before anything is signed.
- Response-time commitments
- Launch timeline
- Minimum term
- Cancellation, buyout and refund terms
- Exclusions
What people ask first
Straight answers to the questions that come up first. If yours is not here, ask it on the fit call.
Why pay someone instead of managing Google myself?
You can manage Google yourself, and many owners do. The question is whether you want to spend your hours on it, keep up with the changes, and judge the results on your own. This service is for owners who would rather have one accountable person do that work and report back plainly.
Does the monthly fee include advertising?
No. The proposed fee covers the management work. Google advertising spend is separate and paid by you to Google. Agreed domain or platform costs and the one-time setup are separate too. All of it is explained before anything starts.
Do you guarantee leads, rankings, or sales?
No. Results depend on the offer, the market, the budget, the setup, and how quickly inquiries are handled. We agree what to measure, and each month we look at what the evidence actually shows. Clicks are not jobs.
Who owns the website and the accounts?
You do. The domain, the site, the Business Profile, and the Ads account stay in your name. I work through access you grant and can revoke.
Does this include SEO?
It includes the basics a well-built site and an accurate Business Profile provide: clear pages, correct details, and sensible structure. It does not include an open-ended SEO or content program.
What happens if I stop?
Your accounts stay yours because they were always in your name. The minimum term and cancellation terms are not yet set; they will be written into the service agreement before anything is signed.
Is $2,000 per month the final price?
It is the proposed price and is still being validated. The setup fee is also a draft. Both will be confirmed in writing before you commit to anything.
