Privacy notice
What this site collects, which services carry it, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed. Written in plain words by Shell Beach Digital; it is not legal advice.
What the fit-call form collects
Your name, business name, email address, service area, a short description of the help you need, and your answer to the budget question. A phone number and a website address are optional. Nothing else is collected, and there are no file uploads.
Where it goes
- The form posts to this website's own server code, which runs on Cloudflare Workers. It checks the fields, turns them into one plain-text email, and does not store them.
- That email is sent through Resend, a transactional email service, to info@shellbeachdigital.com, a Google Workspace mailbox that Howard Spector reads. Resend keeps a copy of each email it sends for 30 days, in the United States, then deletes it.
- Your email address is set as the reply address, so a reply from info@shellbeachdigital.com reaches you directly.
How long it is kept
The email stays in the info@shellbeachdigital.com mailbox for as long as the conversation about a fit call is open, and no longer than twelve months after the last message, unless we start working together and the details become part of the agreement. Resend's copy expires after 30 days.
How to have it removed
Write to info@shellbeachdigital.com from the address you used, and the request and any copies under this site's control are deleted within 30 days, with a confirmation by reply.
What this site does not do
- No analytics, advertising pixels, tracking scripts, or cookies set by this site. The only requests your browser makes are for this site's own pages, fonts, and images.
- No marketing list. A fit-call request starts one conversation; it does not enrol you in anything.
- No sharing or selling of your details. The two services above process them only to deliver your request.
Hosting
The pages are served by Cloudflare, which handles the connection and keeps ordinary server logs (such as the request time, path, and network address) for its own operation and security. Those logs are not used by Shell Beach Digital to identify visitors.
